Booking

How does our process work?

1) Explore our destinations, or take the Dream Quiz to tailor your ideal trip based on preferences, interests, budget, and timeline;

2) Ready to plan or have any questions? Book a call with our experts;

3) For personalized itineraries that include activities, guided tours, ground transportation (such as airport transfers, ferries, car rentals, trains, etc.), and restaurant recommendations, a design fee applies. We do not charge any fees for hotel bookings;

4) You'll receive a carefully crafted itinerary detailing each day of your trip, and our team will guide you through the reservation process;

5) Enjoy your trip stress-free by accessing your detailed itinerary on an app. Don't worry, we're here to provide any on-trip support you need.

What are the costs and fees?

We believe in transparent and straightforward pricing.

We do not charge any fees for hotel bookings. A design fee applies for personalized itineraries: $400 (USD) for the initial 7 days per couple, with an extra $200 for each additional week.

The trip costs, including accommodations, activities, and transportation will respect the budget you provide.

Payment, cancellation, and refund policies?

For your convenience, we accept payments for our design fee via credit card or wire/ACH transfers. The design fee, while ensuring a personalized itinerary just for you, is non-refundable.

It's important to note that payment, cancellation, and refund policies for other trip costs (covering accommodations, activities, restaurants, insurance and transportation) will be determined by the respective suppliers. We assure you that all details will be communicated clearly to you before any booking.

Pre-trip

Is trip insurance necessary?

In recent years, comprehensive travel insurance has become integral. We recommend that all clients secure insurance covering medical expenses while traveling (minimum $25,000 per traveler), emergency evacuation to the 'nearest adequate facility,' and clauses allowing for trip cancellation and interruption benefits due to medical reasons before and during the trip.

We are here to assist you in finding suitable coverage and can recommend various travel insurance options.

What visa and documentation do I need?

We'll inform you about visa requirements for your destination, and while we guide you through the process, it remains your responsibility to obtain the necessary visa, if required, and cover associated fees for entrance or exit.

Please note that a valid passport is essential (unless otherwise specified) for international travel.

Can you assist with flight bookings?

We don't handle flight bookings, and many customers prefer to arrange their own airfare.

However, our dedicated team is more than happy to help you find the best routes and places to book.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

With sufficient advance notice, we are more than happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions or preferences you may have. When making a booking, please inform us of your dietary needs, and we will make every effort to cater to them.

Do itineraries or activities ever change?

While we aim to follow our planned itinerary, occasional changes may be made based on unforeseen circumstances. Please note that weather conditions may also prompt modifications to prioritize your safety.
